Our Crystal Wash® sleeve solution offers PET packaging the benefits of full-body labeling in terms of visibility, brand image, and maximized communication surface—regardless of the package shape—while ensuring bottle-to-bottle recyclability.

Compatible with the closed-loop recycling process of clear PET in North America, this crystallizable sleeve label can be 100% recycled with the PET packaging, enabling the creation of new packaging made from r-PET.

Furthermore, this eco-designed sleeve label complies with American PET recyclability practices, ensuring closed-loop recycling of clear PET packaging.

It allows CrystalWash® sleeve labels to be recycled together with PET bottles without needing to separate the sleeves from the bottles beforehand.

The labeled bottles are shredded together, then the flakes are washed in a hot caustic (alkaline) solution. During this washing step, washable inks are removed, leaving a transparent substrate without contaminating the wash water or the PET film.
